Our history

A look at our history shows the progress and growth of the company since its formation in 1995. Recommendations of our business and its resulting success have led to us twice moving to larger premises, and we currently employ seven members of staff. Since the end of our first years trading, we have seen business increase by over 700% and now hold the major market share of rental properties in the south Notts villages.

2006

Another member of staff employed, bringing the total to seven.

2005

The office continues to expand, now employing four full time and two part time staff.
We celebrate our 10th anniversary in June, accompanying this with a rebrand for the company.

2002

Another move to larger premises at Fieldbrook House, 82a Grantham Road, Radcliffe-on-Trent.
Ian Peat website is relaunched at www.ianpeat.co.uk. A new design provides more information on the company, and enables easier searching of our property list.

2001

Two more members of staff employed.
Number of clients increased four fold since our first year.

2000

New premises opened on Bingham Road, Radcliffe-on-Trent.

1999

1998

Ian Peat website launched.

1997

Number of clients doubled since our first year.

1996

Val Peat joins the business to undertake secretarial and accounts work.

1995

Ian Peat Property Management formed by Ian Peat.
