Based in Radcliffe-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire, Ian Peat Property Management is a privately owned residential lettings agency. With over 25 years of local experience and professional accreditation, we aim to provide a personal service to meet all your property rental needs. We already hold a major market share of rental properties 'south of the river' in an area extending from West Bridgford to the popular rural villages of the Vale of Belvoir. Many of our clients have come to us by recommendation and this trend has now led to us dealing with properties in many other parts of Nottingham.
