Ian Peat

Senior Partner

Ian has worked in estate agency for over 30 years and became a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents in 1992. Beginning with the very successful local firm Edward Bailey & Sons he later spent a period of time in Nottingham itself with Dickins & Berry before returning to Bingham to establish the estate agency department for local solicitors Warren & Allen. His knowledge and expertise in and around the Bingham area is second to none and his contact with a great many local people over the years formed a firm client base from which to launch his residential lettings agency. Not only are these clients happy to deal with someone they already know and trust, they are also happy to recommend him to others. Ian's personal approach inspires confidence in his clients and they know he will provide a thoroughly professional service.

Val Peat

Partner

Val has a wide range of accounts and secretarial experience and is currently responsible for office administration.

Maureen Kite

Office Manager

Maureen is a highly qualified secretary/PA who is fully conversant with all aspects of office administration as well as having training and experience in sales, marketing and customer relations.

John Bradley

John is a "retired" gentleman who spent the majority of his working life in a sales environment. He is a valued member of our team in finding suitable tenants and carries out accompanied viewings and assists in the move in/out procedures.

Sarah Cather

Originally joining us as a junior, Sarah has rapidly proved capable and competent in learning the clerical duties within the office and now carries out many day to day procedures as well as providing excellent cover for other members of the team.

Jo Fairbanks

Jo has an excellent sales background and joined the team to carry out a wide range of tasks. Her main roles are to carry out accompanied viewings, to do inventories and check tenants in and out of properties.

Linda Fenton

It has been a pleasure to welcome Linda to our staff in January 2008. Working on a part-time basis, Linda brings a wealth of experience to our team having worked in the industry for a number of years. Her main role is to carry out viewings, prepare inventories and check tenants in and out of properties. She also helps out in all administrative aspects of the business.

Amanda Sanderson

Amanda is employed to manage our clients' accounts, tracking the movement of money in and out of each property account, chasing rent arrears and issuing landlords' statements. She has a wealth of experience in banking and estate agency and is a key player in our administration team.
