Our full service includes:

  • providing advice on all aspects of renting your home, including legal requirements, mortgages and other obligations;
  • marketing your property through our established channels;
  • conducting accompanied viewings and obtaining and checking references;
  • drawing up legal documentation;
  • producing a detailed inventory and statement of condition, and inspecting the property at regular intervals;
  • ensuring tenants are aware of their responsbilities;
  • arranging safety checks and ensuring certificates are issued and renewed on time;
  • collection of rent and monthly accounts for the landlord;
  • arranging any repairs with local, trusted tradespeople;
  • liaison with tenants throughout and ensuring all is in order at the end of the tenancy.

Taxation Services – Planning and Tax return completion

You are no doubt aware that all UK landlords are required to annually complete a self assessment tax return.

To make life simpler for our clients and to ensure that tax bills are minimised we are pleased to recommend Jacksons Chartered Certified Accountants and Business Advisors.

Jacksons offer a full tax return completion and electronic filing service for a fixed fee. They also provide specialist tax planning and advice for landlords.
